Upgrade

You do not pay an upgrade fee to upgrade at the end of the lease term. If you upgrade earlier, you will pay an early upgrade fee, up to the amount of your remaining lease payments. For example, if you upgrade after 21 months on a 24 month lease, you'd pay up to the remaining 3 monthly payments. When you upgrade, you must return your device.

Lease Termination

When you reach the end of your lease term and return the device, you do not pay any termination fees to leave the program. If you decide to end your lease earlier, you will pay a termination fee, up to the amount of your remaining lease payments and must return the device. For example, if you end your lease after 21 months on a 24 month lease, you'd pay up to the remaining 3 monthly payments.

Buy out

If you decide to purchase the device at any time during your lease, you will pay the purchase option fee, which equals the full price of the device at lease signing less the sum of lease payments you've already made and any remaining trade-in credits (plus tax). For example, if the full price of the device at lease signing is $1,000 and you’ve already made $800 in lease payments, the purchase option fee would be $200.
