We believe that when IANA ran out of IPv4 addresses in 2011, the internet should already have been converted to dual stack, such that new clients and servers could be deployed as IPv6 only without any problems. That has not happened.
We believe that owners of IPv6 only sites should not have to pay extra due to other parties' failure to upgrade in time. For that reason the service is free for website owners.
