Sovereign is the culmination of a multi‑year research effort exploring the true structure of intelligence — not as a statistical model, but as a geometric substrate. It is a complete ecosystem of technologies, whitepapers, mathematical frameworks, and GPU‑native implementations that redefine how artificial intelligence stores memory, processes context, compresses information, and maintains identity.
