You can subscribe to receive updates regarding "Elevated" errors for Claude services (claude.ai, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and the API) via email and SMS. Email notifications provide updates throughout the duration of an incident, while SMS alerts notify you specifically when an incident is created or resolved. To enable text notifications, select your country code, enter your mobile number, and verify it using the provided OTP.
